Student Camp is a week designed for students to grow their relationship with God through worship, community, and, of course, a lot of fun!

Camp is for all students that have completed grades 6th through 12th! Whether your student attends FBCVA, is at Van Alstyne ISD, or is local to the area, they are welcome to register and be a part of the weekend.

The cost is $400 per student includes all lodging, meals, transportation and camp programming. There is a $50 deposit to reserve your spot.

Yes! We do have scholarships available. Please email Sloan at sloan@fbcva.com if you want to donate for a scholarship or have questions about receiving assistance.

Groups will be divided by grade. Depending on the number of students per grade, some groups might be merged together.

Parents and students will be emailed a packing list of what to bring for Camp. The list will also include items that we will ask students not to bring for the week.

Leading the Week

Jacob Lindley
Jacob is the Student Pastor at Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He has served in Student Ministry for over 5 years challenging students to live out their calling of being faithful followers of Jesus. He and his wife Anna, have two kids; Samuel and Evelyn.

Wellspring Worship
Wellspring Worship is based in Grayson County and is led by Jonathan Davis from First Baptist Van Alstyne and Ryan Dusek from Georgetown Baptist Church. They have been leading worship in various spaces together for the past 5 years.
